Looking for a concierge doctor in Colorado Springs? At COS DPC, you can call or text Dr. Cornelia Willis directly and spend 30–60 minutes with a doctor who knows you. One monthly membership covers both that access and unlimited primary care visits. We don’t bill your insurance for those visits or charge a visit copay.
Compared with a traditional concierge practice that charges an access fee and bills insurance separately for visits, this can lower your out-of-pocket costs. You can still use your insurance for prescriptions, labs, imaging and specialist care according to your plan’s coverage and network.
See Dr. Willis about a sore throat, urinary symptoms or a minor injury.
Review your health history and decide which screenings are due.
Go over blood pressure readings, diabetes care and changes to your treatment plan.
Bring your medication list to discuss side effects, doses and refills.
Talk through menopause symptoms, menstrual changes or birth control options.
Discuss heart health, sexual health concerns or prostate screening.
These visits are included with no visit copay. Labs, imaging, medicines and procedures can carry separate charges.

Questions to ask when comparing local memberships
Monthly fees depend on age. There is a one-time enrollment fee of $100 per person.
For example, if you come in to review your blood pressure and prescriptions, the visit is covered by your membership. If you and Dr. Willis decide you need lab work, the test may carry a separate charge. Your health insurance still matters for care outside the membership, such as hospital stays and specialist visits.
